There are many ways to complain to OPay. The exact way to complain depends on the type of complaint you're lodging to the customer care service.
Let's take for instance, if you're transaction is still in pending, you can easily lodge a complain by clicking on the "Dispute" button that's available on the transfer receipt call the attention of the support team for help.
In this article, I'm going to explain the various ways to complain to customer care service in the OPay and the type of complaints that can go for each channel.
How to complain to OPay
1. Dispute a transaction
To report a transaction that's not successful or pending or having any issue, kindly login to your OPay account via app and click on "History". Search for the transaction receipt in question and click on the "Dispute" button to lodge a complain.
2. In-app Live Chat
Another way to complain to OPay is by chatting live with the customer care service in the app.
To do that, login to your account, click on "Me" tab and click on "customer service center". Now, scroll down to and click on "Live Chat" button to begin lodging complain to OPay customer representative.

3 Visit OPay Offline Address
You can also lodge complains to any OPay offices available nationwide.

4. Support Email
Another way to complain to OPAY is by sending an email to customerservice@opay-inc.com for lodging of complains. However, if you want to report fraud, you can send an email to ng-antifraud@opay-inc.com. For product inquiries, send email to ng-support@opay-inc.com.
5. Call
Lastly, you can call OPay customer representative via 07008888328, or 02018888328 to lodge a complain.
