Business PIN is for Moniepoint business account and POS. So, resetting the PIN can only be done on either web version of Moniepoint or through business banking app.
Resetting PIN via Business App
To reset Moniepoint business PIN, login to your business bank app and click on "More". Under the More page, click on "Settings" and choose "Reset Business PIN" as it's shown on the image below.
Next, an one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to your registered phone number. Confirm the codes in the box provided on the app and proceed to page where you will be asked to enter your desire new 4-digit PIN.
Resetting Moniepoint Business PIN via Web
This is also simple to do. All that's required of you is login your business account on "atm.moniepoint.com" and navigate to "Settings". On the settings page, click on "Payment Settings" and choose "Reset Business PIN".
As it's done on business banking app, an OTP code will be sent to your registered phone number. Confirm the code and you will be authorized to reset your business PIN successfully.
How to reset Moniepoint PIN
This method is only applicable to personal banking users. If you forget your Moniepoint transaction PIN, you can quickly reset it by signing-in to your Moniepoint mobile app and navigate to your "profile", click on "PIN and Password", and select "reset transaction PIN".
You will also need to verify your actions via the otp codes sent to your registered phone number before you will be given a chance to reset and use a new PIN for your personal banking account.
