The Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and the country's Minister for Infrastructure and Housing, Andreas Carlson pay a 3-days visit to Nigeria to announce the opening of its largest innovation hub in Lagos. Currently, Sweden has five physical trade centres in Africa. The Lagos hub will be the sixth and the largest. The announcement of the Lagos hub was made on Monday in a meeting with the VP Kashim Shettima at the presidential Villa in Abuja. In the meeting, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden explained that opening the Lagos innovation hub will deepen the 65 years bilateral relations between the countries through trade, sustainable development, gender equality, and cultural exchange. The Sweden-Lagos innovation hub will be officially opened today, Tuesday, 8th of April 2025.
