TikTok and Amazon Music have taken contents sharing to the next level with a new integration that allows users to share Amazon Music's contents directly into their TikTok account.
Called the “Share to TikTok.” button, this button is available in Amazon Music platform, allowing users to share songs, albums, playlists and personal listening highlights—from Amazon Music’s “Insights” feature—directly on TikTok.
The button—"Share to TikTok"—has long been integrated into Spotify. Now, Amazon Music is the next inline and the "Insights" feature—which supports it in Amazon Music— gives you a personalized breakdown of your listening habits. Think of it as a mini “year-in-review” but updated monthly.
The Amazon Music's Insights comprises of: your top songs for the month, your most-played artists, your favorite podcasts, your total listening time, and other small highlights that show your music mood and habits. With the new TikTok integration, users can now share these Insights directly to TikTok, turning your monthly listening stats into social content.
If you use Amazon Music, you get a smoother way to share what you’re listening to and let your friends or followers see your music taste. TikTok has a huge impact on music discovery, so being able to share Amazon Music content enhances the sharing-and-discovery loop.
According to TikTok, this feature signals continual partnership with Amazon Music. Through the “Add to Music App” feature, users can instantly save songs they find on TikTok straight to Amazon Music or other major streaming platforms.
