The OpenAI's built-in image generator for ChatGPT is called DALL·E . It allows users to generate AI-created images based on text descriptions. The latest version can create high-quality images and even edit existing ones. DALL•E is now available for everyone using ChatGPT. At launch to the chatbot, it's limited to paid subscribers (including Plus, Pro and Teams). due to high demand. According to OpenAI's CEO Sam Altman, they have to delay the rollout of the image generator for a while because the demand on the tool is too high beyond expectations. In addition to the free usage for everyone, OpenAI now allows users to use the image generator directly in ChatGPT, without having to switch to DALL-E generator.
