The company just secured a " Series C" funding round that's estimated at $3 billion valuation. The funding round is led by CapitalG, and follows a $20 million employee tender offer at a $1.5 billion valuation in May 2025. This $1.5 billion employee tender offer is just a month ago, and the company revealed that it plans use that strategy so that most of its employees can sell some of their shares valuing the company at a $1.5 billion valuation. The deal is a secondary deal called a tender offer in the company and the funding deal was led by Sequoia, which bought $20 million shares out of the employees shares.
